Double Stroller With Car Seat Compatability
Parents of twins or other multiples may need a double stroller that can accommodate two infant car seats simultaneously. The TwinRoo+ is a tough, frame stroller that takes 23 different car seat models (car seats and adapters are sold separately).
The car also comes with a large storage basket and cup holders for parents, and convertible seats that offer the best legroom available in its class between the two seats.

The Baby Trend(r) Universal Double Snap-N-Go (r)
The Baby Trend(r), Universal Double Snap-N-Go (r) is a great stroller that is compatible with the majority of infant car seats. It comes with a large basket for storage as well as an adult tray with two cup holders. The stroller is light and folds up easily to store it or transport it. It's one of the most user-friendly strollers and has good maneuverability for a side-byside design. It was not as efficient in our jog tests, and had difficulty with higher curbs. The swivel front wheels struggle to stay on obstacles.
This stroller can be used with all major brands of infant car seats, and the adapters are easy to install. The stroller is only compatible with one infant car seat carrier at a time so parents of twins will have to find a different option if they wish to use their infant car seats together. The UPPAbaby vista v2 double and the Evenflo Pivot Xpand Double have excellent scores for their capacity to accommodate two infant car seats at the same time.
While the Baby Trend is easy to use and has a spacious basket, it is not quite as good in our ride comfort measurement. The stroller does not have shocks that absorb road bumps and vibrations which can be a challenge for little passengers. The lack of a reclined seat means that children will feel every bump in the road. This may not be a problem when passengers age but it is something to take into consideration when your children are still infants or toddlers.
This frame stroller weighs just under 40 pounds. It is however heavy when loaded with passengers and cargo. It's hard to jog without a jog-lock and it was a bit difficult navigating grass, gravel and sidewalks during our tests. The BOB Revolution is a lighter alternative for jogging, coming 41 pounds. It is difficult to carry and lift, but it has a designated handle to help you do this. Jog strollers have the advantage of having larger wheels to provide greater off-road performance. They also have a more sturdy chassis and are constructed of durable materials that are able to endure long-term use.
The Contours(r), Options Elite V2 double stroller
The Contours(r), Options Elite V2 comes with features that parents are raving about: reversible seating, one-hand recline with adjustable leg rests, and zippered extensions for both canopies. It also has an adult cupholder. It also has some great new features, like the height-adjustable handles and quilted seat. It also has seven seating configurations that include the difficult-to-find double rear facing position, allowing children to be able to see each one another while watching mom and dad.
This stroller's compatibility with multiple infant car seats is among its most appealing features. It offers families more options and keeps them from being confined to one brand of stroller that works with baby car seat. The Options Elite can be used with Graco and Britax infant car seats with a universal adapter, and it also accepts the UPPAbaby Mesa and Baby Jogger City Select double car seats. It even has a second adapter for those who have twins or wish to use two infant car seats.
It's not a side-byside stroller and has the feel of a single stroller and can be used in all aisles and doorways easily. Although it's not as maneuverable as a jogging-style stroller, it's still an excellent option for road trips and shopping excursions. It's heavier than other double strollers but not too heavy to carry.
The seats are comfy for children and the storage basket is of a decent size. The canopy is large, too, and can be zipped off for an extra shade. However, it does not provide ample storage space for necessities for parents that some families might find to be inconvenient.
The stroller comes with an electronic foot brake, a safety harness and five point harness for each child. The front wheels can be locked for extra stability, and the handles are ergonomically designed. It folds down with a simple process and then it can stand when folded. It doesn't fold with one hand like some of the other top strollers in this list, but it's still easy to fold after a few hours of practice.
The Evenflo Pivot Xpand Double
Evenflo Pivot Xpand Double stroller is a budget-friendly, stylish and contemporary stroller that can expand with your family. It comes with car seat compatibility, reversible seating, and a stylish frame. The stroller is easy to operate and features a single-handed fold that permits self-standing. It's a great value given its price. It does have a slightly heftier feel than the majority of competitors and smaller wheels that have difficulty with pushing off-road or in tight corners and narrow doorways.
This stroller can be used with two infant car seats or toddler seats (sold separately) - no adapters needed. The addition of a second seat can expand the frame of the stroller in a matter of minutes without tools or other components, and it can be used in a variety of configurations in the USA to accommodate toddler and infant seating at different heights in both parent-facing or forward-facing modes. twin stroller can be used in stroller mode to accommodate larger children or to hold the infant at an angle that is comfortable for infant mode.
The huge, large basket and the back-and-front-accessible pocket enhance the functionality of this stroller. Additionally, the cushioned, contoured seat offers the most comfortable ride for the passengers. An extendable canopy protects children from the sun's rays, while a peek-aboo window allows parents to monitor their children.
The addition of the Stroller Rider Board creates a tandem that allows siblings to ride together, or be used as an alternative to the standard toddler seat. A flex-hold cup holder can hold various sizes of beverages, and the stroller can be folded with a toddler seat attached for easy access to storage space.
Many reviewers are impressed with the ease with which Pivot Xpand double stroller expands to include the second seat. Some have pointed out that it is difficult to attach an infant car seat to the integrated mounts, whereas attaching the second toddler seat is much easier and quicker. Evenflo does have an option to video chat with customers to ask questions and receive help with installing car seats that is a nice touch. The only other issue is the relatively short warranty.
The Jeep Bravo For 2
The Bravo For 2 is a ideal stroller for children who are close in age. It is easy-to-assemble straight out of the box and, unlike other sit-and-stand alternatives, it is light at just 23 pounds. The seats each recline in multiple positions to allow your baby or toddler to rest and there is even a footrest for older kids who require it. The padding on the handle bar is in a good position for older children to grip while standing, even when wearing gloves. This feature has been cited by many parents as the reason it is safer than most of its competitors.
This stroller comes with a cushioned back seat that can accommodate the child up to two years. This lets you keep your infant rear-facing for longer. This is a major advantage for parents adhering to the #TurnAfter2 campaign which encourages babies and children to keep their rears facing until they reach the age of two years old. The seat is easy to buckle and comes with the same five-point harness as the front seat.
Another plus for the Bravo For 2 is that it can be used with the Chicco KeyFit or Fit2 car seat in the front. It is easy to connect your infant's carrier by lowering the front seat and then snapping it in. This feature makes it one the most versatile double strollers available. It also helps to avoid buying a stroller that is only used once and ends up in your garage or donated to a second-hand store.
The only drawback to this stroller is that it doesn't come with a tray for parents or cup holders and the storage space is a bit restricted. It is a great option for families who have one child who walks the entire stroll and another in a car-seat on the to the front. It is also a great option for traveling, as it folds easily into a compact size to be gate-checked onto the plane or put in your trunk.
